There’s no shame in coordinating an outfit for the specific destination of your weekend! I think what better way to get the best use out of your clothes, whether a new piece or an old favourite. This Canadian Thanksgiving weekend was full of perfect opportunities for Fall fashion.
Every year since I was a kid we’ve gone apple picking with my mom’s entire side of the family, beginning with early morning breakfast at the Whistling Kettle. Apple picking this year was at Wagner’s Orchards which is perfect for the adults because it is also a winery!
I paired a leopard harem pant (h&m) with an olive green button up sweater (Joe Fresh). As mentioned in my Fall Must Haves blog, Charlotte Russe online has the best and most affordable boots, and that’s where I got mine! Check them out here.
Sunday I visited Anna’s Flowers in Kingsville and was so impressed with the beautiful setup of all of the flowers, plants, succulents, and decor available. You will have major holiday inspiration by simply visiting this greenhouse. The craft and decor items are beautiful additions for in home or porch decor!
And of course the beautiful weather this weekend was still chilly enough to allow for my new plaid poncho to make it’s first appearance. Suzy Shier has the most amazing pieces right now for Fall, I had a hard time choosing which items to buy last time I visited. This poncho was selling fast I was told, happy I grabbed it when I did.
Ponchos with plaid, or pants with leopard, for me Fall fashion is about layers and patterns! The colours in these pictures make me so happy.
